Scrapped up a Strom..

I took the chance while Adam is in Melbourne to scrap up a storm last night. The boys were in bed and asleep by 7.30pm and I spent the rest of the evening digi scrapping watching telly. I am pretty happy with how they turned out.. I still have so much to learn and I am trying to add a little more detail to my pages, but hey I'm getting there!!

We are off to the park today with my (SIL) Kate and Brendan.. Boys will love it..

Adam is home after lunch and then it is more of a busy weekend with, work, packing and being a mum!!

My brother ( Brett) and Maggie are getting married there on the 29th Dec and we are sharing this villa with Mum and Dad and Matt and Renee. I must say it keeps me going when I have my head in a cupboard, packing my millionth box for the day...LOL

Rach and Corrina were our table buddies, they were a lot of fun!

This is the gorgeous Barbie.. She is such a sweet lady. Lynn and I stayed at Barbie's house in the evening's, and we are very thankful for that..

Adam is away again this week, in Melbourne for work.. So it's just me and the boys.

I have packed 3 more boxes, so that is 17 in total and i don't think i have even made a dent in it..

I scrapped with paper - and loved it!!

Well I am back from a great weekend away in Bruce Rock.. Marg at CPC put on a great camp and it was awesome to meet up with some of the lovely ladies that i chat with on the computer.. I have lots of photos to share but thought i would start today with all thew layouts i did over the weekend.. It was the first time in a long time that i got the chance to sit and scrap with Paper.. and I loved it!!

One of the ladies from Adelaide came over for the weekend and didn't bring too many photos so it was lovely of her to scrap one of mine " butter wouldn't melt"..Thanks Leonie.!!

This was the OTP memo board we made on Sunday morning.. Great easy fun class!!

I am off away to scrap camp tomorrow in Bruce Rock. I am really looking forward to catching up with everyone again and meeting some new faces..

Look at all those flowers...LOL... i don't think i have ever used that many on a paper scrapped layout..

Don't think I like the font's i have used for the title, so might go back and change it!!

Adam is home from Geraldton tomorrow, and I head off to Bruce Rock on Friday for a scrap camp, so i am looking forward to that!!

Some of the ladies from the forum that i chat on are coming over from the eastern states, so I am really looking forward to meeting them. Will have heaps of photos to share after the weekend.

Birthday Weekend

Well what a great weekend I have had so far. Friday night i went out to dinner with Deb, Rach, Kelly and gabby(taking photo). We went to Cafe Martino in Mount Lawley for a nice dinner.. Lots of laughs and chatter..

Saturday Arvo I worked down at the shop for a couple of hours. there was 16 ladies down there doing a class int he afternoon. Everyone had a great time. Sonya and I were taking photos of them. Sonya happened to snap one of me!!

Then Saturday night Derek (FIL) and I went to watch the Dockers play. I have loved the Dockers since they began, so before you start telling me how much of a bad team they are...

I AM NOT LISTENING....ha ha ha..LOL

Dad and Mum and Aunty Cath and Uncle John were also there..

Check out the rain at half time, it was huge!

Today I turn 33.. We have both our Families coming over for dinner, so i am really looking forward to that. Hope you have a great day too.

That is until Nic, just sits all over them and destroys it..LOL

I took the boys to the zoo today, they loved it.. I will be back tomorrow with more photos to show you.

Well Adam and I are slowing coming down off cloud nine after selling our house so quickly and for such an amazing price. The reality of having to pack up our house is setting in.. LOL ... We now have a settlement date of the 21st August, so that gives me about 6 weeks to pack up our house.. I think I can do it??? If anyone wants to help, let me know...ha ha ha Just kidding, I figure if i just do a box or two every now and then or clean and tidy out a cupboard of things that i won't need every few days, it shouldn't be too much.

Here are a few digi layouts I have done.

The latest 2 lessons over at the Jessica Sprague site was learning how to add a mask to a photo( Lion) and then blending textures over a photo ( Nic beach). I am really enjoying learning all these techniques, some I still need to refine and prac.

I am teaching a kids class done at Tomorrow's memories on Tuesday, looking forward to it.

We sold our House

Wow..Wow..Wow... What an amazing 4 days it has been. Our house went on the Market on Monday night and we sold it last night.. There was so much interest in it and we had people come through on Wednesday and then yesterday morning. By last night it was sold and Adam and I are so stoked... It was an absolutely gorgeous house, but just became too small with the boys. So it is time to move on and we are really looking forward to that!!

Yipppppeeeeeee, Do you want to know the best thing about all of this... I don't have to clean my house for ANY home opens...ha ha ha.. You gottta be happy about that - HEy!!

Busy Week ..

Can you believe this little man is already 18 months old. It has gone so quickly.. Nicholas John is such a classic.. Let's just say that this little boy has trouble written all over him!!

Sam is good. Loves going to gym and playing with his friend Reuben.

Gymnastics

Today Sam had his last day at Gym for the term. He loves it so much and looks forward to going every week. Today he was able to bring a friend along so he bought Reuben. Nic was also able to have a go and absolutely loved it. So i can see next term i might have to enrol them both. I will warn you now that there are a heap of photos today..( sorry)
